If you would like to host a webinar, there are a few webinar tools you will need to be professional and effective.
Start planning your presentation by creating a webinar set-up sheet. On this sheet, list out the following:
- your webinar OBJECTIVE (sales, a phone appointment, education?)
- the TITLE of your webinar (This should describe the benefit of your webinar to your viewers.)
- what you plan to COVER on your webinar
- your STORY (This is “why” you are qualified to host your webinar.)
- CASE STUDIES (results of how you, or the people you have helped, have solved the “problem”)
- EDUCATION (killer tips and tricks they need to know to help overcome the “problem”)
- ROAD BLOCKS to success (obstacles that will keep them from solving the problem)
- CALL TO ACTION (This is where you encourage them to act on what you’ve shown them. Go to your website, buy your product or service, or call for an appointment.)
Another webinar tool is a powerpoint template for your webinar ppt. Creating a webinar ppt is easy if you include these items:
-background graphic – Create or have someone else create an appealing, memorable graphic that communicates the message of your webinar. Use it as the background graphic on your master slide.
- your picture – Again on the master slide, insert your picture in the top left corner so that people can identify with you as a person. It also helps the audience to link a face with your voice.
-bullet points that show up when you click your mouse – Go to the “custom animation” option and have each line on your presentation appear when you click your mouse in the master slide.
-call to action URL – Write out your website’s URL at the top of your master slide so that your “call to action” can be seen on each slide. Your website should feature a buy button, a phone number to call, an email option form, etc.
To set up a webinar, you need the following tools:
- webinar hosting – A webinar hosting account lets you present your audio and video to hundreds of people at the same time. A few webinar hosting companies include: GoToWebinar, Manexa, Omnovia, Web Ex and Adobe Connect
- registration web page – You can use the registration page given to you by the webinar hosting company or you can create your own (recommended). Remember to use benefit-driven language to entice them to register for your webinar. “What’s in it for them?”
-an autoresponder – Even after your viewers register, you will want to remind them of the coming webinar. Afterwards, you will definitely want to follow up with each one who attended.
So those are the essential webinar tools. Give them careful thought, set them up, and you will likely see HUGE results.

Every home and business office nowadays finds it very important to have desktop computers. Even the smallest companies cannot do its ordinary processes without the use of these digital wonders. Homes, on the other hand, have found it necessary in aiding the kids’ homework and research and in providing cheap and real-time communication.
To maximize your ability to work remotely from your office, you will also need a server. Servers have become as important as computers because it allows you to access files that you may not have in your PC. Aside from this feature, you can also save your copies of your files in it to serve as your back-up file storage.
However, having only one or the other removes all the advantages mentioned. A desktop PC cannot store the maximum number files that may be used for sharing. It needs enough memory space for its software applications especially its operating system. It also needs to allot some memory for caching.
Without a PC connected to it, a server is of practically of no use. It just stands a as a file storage device that any user may access when there is a need to. It has to be running for 24 hours non-stop in order for the open files to be easily accesses from any computer in a network that it serves.
Therefore, to get the most of both desktop computers and servers, these have to be connected. Their dependence on each other makes the entire concept of the internet workable. The desktop PC allows accessing and opening the files because it has the software installed in it for doing so while the server is a storage and file-sharing device.
Their different functions and capabilities are the reasons why they are complements in terms of purposes. Having both is a wonderful advantage for the users. It allows them easy access on each other’s PCs and on the server’s file storage. The server, at the same time, can serve as remote back-up storage.
One may already have a PC but not a server. He can actually buy or make one himself. For $300, at least, he can already by one of the servers being sold. If he finds this too expensive, he can just transform desktop computers through some upgrades.
You may also just get the service of online servers. These have websites and all you have to do is to pay it membership fee. It is actually a monthly rate. However, with that amount, you can already acquire file-sharing capabilities with other desktop computers online. The amount of data you can store is limited though. It is still advisable that you own an independent one instead.
As a company it is always better to have a Server ready for file sharing purposes. However, some small company may be just fine with a Desktop Computer (computadora) with certain server privileges setup.

If you were given the opportunity and knowledge necessary for implementing and planning webinars as a part of your business, would you do it? What would prevent you from taking action with webinars if you knew they would be a good investment of your time and energy? Webinars are known for their effectiveness in teaching people to do things. And planning and hosting webinars is an excellent way to teach people to do things from the ease of your home.
Despite the pros of webinars, there are a few reasons that some folks shy away from planning and conducting webinars. They close the door to making money online because of the following:
1) The initial expenses that are associated with running and planning webinars are too high. It is true that an initial investment is necessary and that time has to be set aside to learn how to get started, but I should point out that the outcome will be well worth it in the long run. Based on our experiences, my wife and I have never made less than $3000-$5000 when we have hosted a webinar unless we have less than 50 people on the webinar itself. (We always target to host about 50 people on our webinars.) After you have conducted your first webinar, you will see just how your investment has been paid for over time.
2)Real profits only come from big-ticket items when planning webinars. There is no truth to this. Small ticket items such as $29 ebooks are great ways to start because they are both cost effective on both ends. Kerry, my wife, was able to make $16,000 from the webinar that she planned for her $37 ebook called “Raising Leaders, Not Followers.” Based on this, one can readily conclude that popular workshops and high dollars courses are not the only profit-generating magnets online.
3) It requires a great degree of technical knowledge. I will not deny that planning and running your webinars requires some level of technical consciousness. However, there is nothing out of the ordinary that you cannot learn. There is a high-demand course that I have available that offers step-by-step instructions about planning webinars. However, if you do not want to learn the content yourself, you can ask someone else to do that part for you. You are free to concentrate on preparing the presentation.
These are all the reasons why people deny themselves the high returns that are possible from hosting webinars. If, however, you are ready to give them a try, then it is time to get started. You will be in awe of the results.

Once you have held a webinar presentation, it is critical to engage your participants in order to turn them into your customers. After all, they have already shown at least some interest in your product. This type of marketing knowledge is invaluable. To ignore this large potential income source would be foolish. Follow up can take many forms, and direct mail is a fantastic way to distinguish you and your company while providing in-depth information for potential clients.
Direct mail can be a very effective way to maintain a connection with potential customers after a webinar presentation. Encourage your webinar presentation participants to take the next step. Offer to send them the product to try for thirty days for the cost of shipping and handling, and let them know that you will charge their credit card at the end of this trial period. A “free shipping and handling” offer such as this is a valuable one to customers and can motivate them to act. It will actually get the product in their hands.
Do not waste time in starting your marketing plan. Follow up with your first direct mail the week after your webinar presentation. Use your imagination to create inspired pieces that will get noticed among the bills, catalogs, and bank statements cluttering your potential clients’ desks. Consider something they have likely never seen before, and be sure to tie the content in with your webinar presentation. Be creative and strategic to draft memorable mailings that will capture your audience’s eyes and hopefully their wallets. The same resourcefulness you utilized to craft your webinar presentation will serve you well in designing your mailers.
In the past nine months, I have used some of these same follow-up strategies in my own business and have walked away with an additional $67,000 in sales. It’s shocking to me sometimes how listeners are willing to convert to customers with just a little bit of additional legwork on my end.
So do not ignore these steps. With a little thought and creativity, you can see amazing sales results from your webinar presentation!

Many people around the world use the Internet to find products they need or services they need. Many businesses today have a website that provides information about what they have to offer. If you are interested in learning how to make a great web design you should be aware of some key information for a successful website.
First, you will want to know your audience. What type of people will be interested in your product or service the most. These are the people you will want to design your website so it will intrigue them. You will need to keep this target audience in mind when you are writing content for your website.
When you are learning how to make a great web design, you should know to keep your pages short and to the point. You want your audience to get the information they need while not having to scroll through a number of pages to find what they want to know.
While browsing the web, navigation is a key factor that will determine how long someone will stay on a website. Having a table of content will allow the reader to look at a page and quickly return to where they started. This offers easy navigation to your readers so they will not get lost. Easy navigation will be a deciding factor on return visitors.
An important factor when learning how to make a great web design is how long it takes your website to load. Graphics is a reason why a webpage takes a long time to load. To resolve this problem, keeping the pictures small will help. Remember to make sure the image you have is in the correct format also.
Pay attention to the colors you are choosing for your website. Depending on the colors, backgrounds, etc. Some content may not be visible or may be hard on the eyes to read. For example, yellow is hard to read and many times is not visible. While you are choosing the color for your text, it is also good to note, not to add too much text. Web browsers do exactly that, they browse, they do not read all the content, they skim it. A good tip is to have the wording bigger than the average font type and keep it short. Don’t forget to check your spelling. Readers will suspect your site is not professional since you couldn’t put the effort in proofreading how much effort do you put into your products and services then.
Another tip about how to make a great web design, keep all your information about your business current. You do not want to have a sale item on sale from last week because you will have to either honor that price or there is a good chance they will take their business elsewhere.
Lastly, you will want to have some sort of contact information on your website. It looks more credible and professional. Some options could be you list your phone number or you can make a contact page with a comment/question box and you can respond via email.
You have now learned how to make a great web design. Your users will browse your site successfully and with ease. This will result in returning users and more referrals.

One of the most amazing artist I have ever laid my eyes on is Richard Salvucci who has accomplished much is his long time running career as a designer, individual and an explorer of the world itself.
When he was given a comic book by his grandparents whilst on a family vacation, is when Richard first realised the love her shared for art and the realm of fantasy, and it became apart of him to want to become apart of the cultural that he so hopelessly fell in love with, and over the years Richard has done just that producing astounding work which is in a class all on its own.
He has been in the industry for 25 years now, but simply started out tracing his favourite comic characters before he was able to draw them freehand, and develop his technique as an independent artist, this caused him to grow into the astounding artist that he is today. Soon after his interest in drawing animals developed and he took to the traditional arts.
Graduating in the year of 1978, Richard straight away took to become a freelance illustrator and has been very successful in accomplishing his dream, he has been involved in many projects and still continues to push forth and see how far his talents can take him.
In the early 1990’s Richard attend a museum exhibition where he was able to see first hand the work of other great artists who painted wildlife also, one can imagine the vast out of inspiration Richard would have gained from taking a trip like this.
Meeting artist that would inspire him was very important to Richard as in the 90’s he attended a museum exhibition, specifically aimed at artist who enjoyed to paint animals and birds which of course was what was closest to the heart of Richard, and proved to be a great learning experience for him.
If you are a designer, artist or viewer, the online gallery of Richard Salvucci is defiantly one that you must lay your eyes upon, what more can one ask for from an artist of this magnitude.

The webinar tool can be implemented in a number of ways to promote and grow your business. One extremely successful use of the webinar tool is to use it as a stepping stone for future webinars. While the first webinar is a free teaser for your topic, viewers must pay to see more of your webinar courses.
In order to find success, you will need to choose a topic that interests your audience. Begin by conducting a survey to discover what people want to know. This will ensure you are using your webinar tool in the most effective way.
When considering what topics to approach, you will also want to think about the special expertise you currently possess. This will allow you to maximize the impact of the webinar tool. If you do not feel like your own knowledge base matches up to what your viewers are looking for, do not worry! You can always interview an authority on the subject and present the information this way. The webinar tool is not limited by your expertise.
Now that you have generated some interest in your topic, use the webinar tool to help you develop a set of courses that you can sell to your participants. If you include an interactive question-and-answer piece during your free webinar, you will really be able to see what aspects of the subjects interest your viewers. When developing your courses, you can now go into greater depth on the topics. Each class can be focused on one aspect of your subject. Since your free webinar provided only a glimpse into your courses, you can feel free to expand on the areas of interest.
Be sure to record your courses so that you can sell the same webinar to multiple customers. You may choose to sell your collection in its entirety, but long-term success can be found in selling your courses off in smaller chunks. This allows you to have a deeper relationship with your customers and to continue to sell them new webinars as you create them!
With some creativity and a little legwork, the webinar tool can be a powerful weapon in your marketing arsenal. With proper planning, it can generate sales for you now and well into the future.

A home computer’s Random Access Memory (basically short term memory) is the place your computer stores certain data that it utilizes regularly so it may be opened easily and quickly. The size of the “random access memory” will effect considerably the speed and performance. Random Access Memory is different from the computer’s hard drive memory. Hard Drive Memory stores the majority of your photo’s, mp3’s, programs, videos, and other saved data.
OK, here are some reasons your computer might not have enough Random Access Memory:
(1) The two chief operating systems today are Windows XP and Windows Vista. XP needs much more Random access memory than Vista, perhaps as much as two times the memory. Check out your computer operating system. If it uses up close to 75 percent of your RAM capacity your PC will probably be slow.
(2) Computer gaming needs a lot more RAM than just surfing the internet, word processing, and so on. Besides, gaming also requires very rapid processor performance. So, if your computer is slower than it needs to be when playing games, also check your game specs next to your CPU speed.
(3) Lots of sluggish PC’s simply do not have adequate RAM. And besides RAM is not expensive. When ordering or buying a new computer, get extra RAM added to it new. It’s money well spent.
There’s a SIMPLE TEST that can resolve if your PC has an adequate amount of RAM. Click right on your desktop’s bottom tool bar and you will get a pop up box. Next click on “Task Manager” and Windows Task Manager opens displaying the Applications, Processes, and so forth that are operating. Also check at the bottom of the screen box and you should see: “Processes”, “CPU Usage”, and “Physical Memory”.
Now contrast CPU Usage and Physical Memory. CPU Usage is the amount of your pc’s CPU (or engine) capability is being utilized by percentage (i.e. 0% is idol and 100% is max’ed out). The Physical Storage Memory is your RAM. This indicates what is happening inside your computer. Simply put: The closer your memory is to 100% the harder your CPU will have to work. And the slower your personal computer will probably be.
Now try this.., let your computer totally catch up and then go to idol. Your CPU usage ought to go down to 0% or at least to 10%. (If it will not drop this low then you have an application operating – it possibly might be your computer’s virus defense program that is running, if not you might have a virus – and that is a different matter.) Once the CPU has slowed near to an idol, check your Physical Memory ratio. If your Physical Memory or RAM still shows to be in the 75 percent or plus area you do not have sufficient RAM to conduct your computer at optimum speeds.

Online business is the way of the future and more and more people are getting into it and making a decent living and salary. If you are planning to start up a web based business, then you should get to know about the way that you can use free article submission sites to boost your business online.
The chief way that free article submission sites can help to boost your net business is by driving more traffic to your website. With more traffic you are likely to get more sales of products you might be selling, get more clicks on advertising and more luck with affiliate marketing campaigns. It is a key tool that every savvy net businessperson should be using.
These type of websites work by creating back links to your own website. You enter the site and add an article on theme that you can write confidently about. When you add the article to the site database you also leave your own web address.
These create backlinks to your website. If the article is good, then it could be used by several websites and people will be tempted to visit your site and perhaps make use of your services.
Getting more traffic onto your website is important: business on the web is largely a numbers game. The more people you can get to the site, the more people are likely to make use of your website’s services. This means that in order to impress people your articles should be well written, pertinent, accurate and interesting. If your articles barely make sense or are nonfactual, then people are less likely to be attracted to your site.
Placing articles on submission sites is also an easy way for you to improve your search engine page rankings, which can also help to increase traffic to your site and get more customers and followers. It is worth checking out various free sites for an easy and cheap way to market your online business venture.
